Get wild with your little one at the Phoenix Zoo!  This program allows our youngestvisitors and their caregivers the chance to explore the world of animals.  Spend the morning together in this indoor/outdoor program featuring animal-themed music, movement activities and nature explorations.  Each program focuses on animals from unique habitats all around the world and offers a chance to meet an animal up-close.

Lunch with A Keeper
Member - $54 first child/adult pair
  $40 additional child/adult pair, $20 each additional adult
   
General - $72 first child/adult pair
  $54 additional child/adult pair, $25 each additional adult

Lunch with a Keeper is like a coveted backstage pass to meet the band. Enjoy a pizza lunch while you make friends with (and learn from) animal experts – our zookeepers! Ask questions that only a keeper can answer and listen to stories that only a keeper can tell. After lunch, be treated to a behind-the-scenes tour and awesome animal experience led by the person who knows the animals best.

Movies at the Mountain

Stop by for our favorite family-friendly films with fun activities in our air-conditioned events center.  Yourth of all ages will be engaged with themed learning stations, before and after the film.

$5 youth registration includes activities, crafts, popcorn, and accompanying adult caregiver(s).
$10 additional for Wednesday afternoon drop-off program.

Join Peter Krocek, co-author of the definitive guide to petroglyps at South Mountain, for an inteactive lecture and photographs from his decades exploring these remnants of Hohokam culture at South Mountain Park.
